Returns and exchanges
Return windows, what counts as unworn, and how to swap a chain for a different length.
The window
Returns run through the store where you paid. The usual window is 30 days from delivery for an item in the condition it arrived in, with the packaging. Jewelry gets a stricter reading of "unworn" than clothing does, so keep the tag on until you are sure.
Swapping a length
Most of the pieces here are sold as separate listings per length, which means an exchange is usually a return plus a new order rather than a size swap. Cheaper way round: read the size table on the product page before you buy, and measure a chain you already own instead of guessing.
If something arrives broken
A snapped clasp or a bent link out of the box is a seller problem, and photographing it the day it arrives is what settles the claim quickly. Open the return in the order history, pick the damaged option and attach the photo.
Earrings
Pierced earrings are treated as final sale by most sellers for hygiene reasons, even inside the return window. Check that line on the listing before you order a pair as a gift.
